I had recently had my family car written off and was under the stress of finding a replacement car quickly. Thank goodness the owner advertised a superb replacement just in time. He was so helpful, honest and reassuring. He has worked hard to build his business, he takes great pride in the car’s he offers for sale. They are of superb quality and prepared to the highest standard. Should I ever need to find a new car again, whatever it may be, I would not hesitate to use Outpoint motors again. So pleased with my purchase.

So professional and very polite

Brought a red 2008 Audi s3, the gentleman on the phone was really helpful when I asked to send the aa out to inspect the vehicle and made it very easy to sort the deposit out, the photos didn’t do the car justice, was very please with the car and is a very good and looked after example of a 13 year old car, staff was very polite and very approachable. Will be using this dealer again when looking for another family members car in the near future.

Excellent experience
Exellent and friendly customer service , reliable and trusty dealer . On arrival to buy my car it turned out that it looked better in the flesh in comparison to the advert photos. It was in perfect working order and more than satisfactory . After my purchased I had a minor issue with my head unit . Before I even complained the dealer had got in touch as a follow up to see if everything is ok and to ask if I’m happy with the car . I explained the situation with head unit and without any hesitations he came up with a solution and the issue was sorted in mins . Excellent after care service 10/10

Great buying experience

I found Outpoint on auto trader. The dealers website was excellent. There was lots of details and photographs about the cars they had in stock. The cars where clean and well presented at the garage. Outpoint let me look around the car I wanted then assisted me with a test drive. The salesman had a great understanding of cars. The salesman helped me with buying my next car with finance - Very stress free. I drove away the same day with my new sports car. The after sales were also excellent. My car developed a fault however they worked hard at fixing it. It was a great experience and I would be happy to buy another car from Outpoint.

Hassle free car buying.

My experience with Outpoint was superb. Although the car I initially wanted had already sold, they had another they had just taken in. As the photographs for the car I initially wanted were of a such a high quality and honest (i.e. not hiding anything,) I took Kurt at his word and trusted when he said the other car was equal if not better. I was kept informed at all times and when I got there (130 miles away) I was not disappointed - mint condition and although I hadn't really planned to spend more on a newer car, on this occasion I'm glad I did. Outpoint was a great experience

I recently bought a car from outpoint and the owner was there to meet me Sunday morning which many other traders wouldn’t have as it was early which is refreshing. what was advertised was exactly what was there clean and ready to go, I also contacted kurt after I bought the car for some info and he was more than willing to help truly a nice guy would recommend him and outpoint to anybody thinking about getting a car

Excellent experience

I drove 500 miles to collect my dream car from outpoint motors and I was not disappointed. The car was exactly as described and presented in an immaculate fashion. The owner was as honest as they come and also gave me a very reasonable deal on my old car. I can not recommend the garage enough . I will be looking here again when the time comes to upgrade.

Friendly, honest, low pressure experience. The dealer was happy to hold on to the car I put a deposit on for longer than you’d usually expect but it helped me out massively with the change of vehicle.

Great Cars great service.

I found a car 60 miles away from Home and Discuss the present covid buying rules with Owner. We spoke about the car and I felt I could trust him. I therefore paid for the click and collect outright. This conversation was this wk thurs and I asked him if I could pick the car up the next day Fri. I checked the mot history and noticed that the car only had less than a months mot left so I asked for a new test to be done before collection. Dealer was glad to help and under short notice had the car mot'd (which passed) The car was exactly as I expected going by the discussion we had. I would recommend Outpoint even though they have a limited amount of cars due to small premises all of which were good quality cars. All in all a good experience so thanks once again. Very pleasant
purchased a car last week from Kurt, I was delighted with the no pushy sales approach also a nice relaxed environment. He left me to look at the car which was great and was onhand to answer any questions when needed. I had a minor issue when I got home so I called the garage and he advised me on what to do and if it didn't work they would replace the part for me. So a great service and after service for my new car, I would highly recommend.
